FRECON A/S is a well-established and dynamic consultant house within mechanical engineering. It is founded in 1999 by Frederik Rytter and located in Horsens, Esbjerg, and Tommerup. We are a team of highly professional, passionate, and innovative mechanical engineers and specialists.

Areas of expertise
The starting point in FRECON was to be a trustworthy partner in mechanical engineering with a primary focus on consulting services in Renewable Energy. Thus, for two decades we have collaborated with some of the world’s leading wind turbine developers and manufacturers on almost all parts of a wind turbine, e.g.:
Concept development, design of tower and foundation, nacelle, drivetrain, pitch & yaw systems, transport & installation equipment, and various mechanical tools. Also, we have expertise in other areas of renewable energy such as thermal storage solutions.
Since knowledge transfer is a great asset to us, in time, we have expanded our expertise into more industries:
